Lunch

Giselle will create a five-course lunch that will showcase Simon's wines. Each wine will be introduced by Simon, who will talk to us about the producers, regions and techniques hidden in each glass. All of the wines will be available for purchase on the day too.

SAMPLE MENU

Tostada with whipped tarragon feta, golden beetroot,

Devon smoked eel & Strawberry Tree smoked salmon

 Warm marinated artichoke hearts, baby peas, baby broad beans

Roast loin of cod, Bilbaina sauce, confit potatoes, crispy cod skin, salsa verde

 Cinnamon torrija, crème patissiere

 Cheese board, homemade ‘regaña’ crackers

Simon Vitelleschi-Cook

Simon's passion for wine started at an early age at the dinner table heavily influenced by his Italian heritage. He's been in the business advising about wine for over 14 years now and regularly visits Spain and the continent to help source wines that stand out from the crowd and satisfy his foodie cravings. He can be found testing his tennis skills out on the courts in Brighton, firing up the BBQ on a sunny day or trying to win the mind game with his cat
