Watch, ask, taste, drink, enjoy... Spend the morning with us in the Strawberry Tree demo kitchen learning how to make three delicious Spanish dishes.

10.30-10.45. Arrivals, Coffee & Welcome
We kick off with great coffee, tea and a biscuit or two, and time to peruse the Strawberry Tree shop.
10.45-11.25. Session 1
Get settled into your chair in the demo kitchen and watch while Giselle demonstrates:
- Pickled 'escabeche' mussels
- Salt cod 'buñuelo' fritters with parsley & garlic mayonnaise
11.25-11.40. Break
Enjoy a glass of wine, beer or a soft drink on us. There is time to explore the Miller's Garden and all the artisan makers at the Town Mill - including a silversmith, potter, seaweed artist, seamstress, art gallery and micro-brewery while we reset the kitchen for our second session.
12.00-12.30pm, Session 2
Bring your glass with you as we head back to the demo kitchen. In our second session Giselle will show us:
